Spruce cladding and Thermowood for Maskinparken TRE, Nye Lilleby
Nye Lilleby is a new residential development in Trondheim. In total, 1,100 homes will be built on the site, split between apartments and terraced houses. Maskinparken TRE is one of the projects within Nye Lilleby, comprising 47 apartments over eight floors – among Norway’s first apartment blocks built in solid timber. Nye Lilleby is a new district emerging on a former heavy-industry site. The area will be car-free, with a strong focus on green spaces between the homes. Fire-protected external cladding was supplied to Nye Lilleby.
