Coloured Thermowood cladding for Capjon Park
Capjon Park is an urban development project in Verksbyen, Fredrikstad. It comprises 134 homes in total across five five-storey buildings. Sustainability was central to the project, developed to the Future Living standard.
The homes are smart and produce their own energy through solar power, the primary energy source. Solar cells and solar collectors on roofs and parts of the façades help generate electricity and heat for space heating and hot water.
External cladding of Thermowood pine coloured black and grey was supplied to Capjon Park. The product choice is environmentally sound and contemporary, helping give the buildings a clean, modern expression.
