Årvoll Care Centre is located at Øivinds vei 2. It offers 80 care+ apartments for older people in an 8-storey building – 12 apartments for two people and 68 for one resident. The homes are for older people who do not need a nursing home place but cannot live independently. In total there is room for 92 people over 67 at Årvoll Care Centre. The building has a roof terrace and a ground-floor café, open to the neighbourhood as well as residents and visiting family and friends. Fire-protected external cladding was supplied to Øivinds vei 2.
