Interior oak plywood panels for Holtermanns veg 1
Entra’s goal was to create “the workplace of the future” at Holtermanns veg in Trondheim. The project comprises three construction phases; phase 1 was completed in 2020 and phase 2 was scheduled for occupancy around mid-2023.
Holtermanns veg sits right by Lerkendal at Elgeseter, with neighbours including Sintef and NTNU. The premises include flexible, engaging spaces with common areas, open-plan offices, restaurants and cafés.
Holtermanns veg 1 is certified BREEAM Excellent and features an innovative cooling system that uses district heating for both cooling and heating. The focus was on creating a forward-looking, environmentally friendly building with an ergonomic and sustainable working environment at its heart.
Interior plywood panels/interior veneer with oak face veneer were supplied to Holtermanns veg 1 – a mix of acoustic-enhancing panels (perforated plywood) and plain panels.
