Svalbard Folk High School is the world’s northernmost folk high school, designed with a focus on sustainability, Arctic adaptation and aesthetic quality. The building consists of composite volumes positioned with panoramic views of Adventfjorden, with timber colours chosen to harmonise with Longyearbyen’s colour palette.
