Stained spruce cladding for Ski Magasinpark – BB2, building K
With Magasinparken in Ski, Solon Eiendom has created a residential area close to the town centre with striking architecture. Together with some of Norway’s leading architects – including Code arkitekter, Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter, R21 Arkitekter and A-LAB – each of the 14 buildings has been given its own unique identity and design. The housing project includes five different tower buildings, a hanging garden and Urban Villas. The area is further graced by a centrally located park containing listed buildings. A range of cultural venues – pavilion, galleries and a restaurant among them – is planned for this spacious park. External cladding was supplied to several of the buildings in Magasinparken. For building K in BB2, stained spruce cladding was chosen.
