Thermowood cladding for Fabrikkløkka, Nye Lilleby
Fabrikkløkka comprises 97 new apartments at Lilleby in Trondheim. The 8-storey building is clad in vertical and horizontal timber cladding. The project consists of modern apartments of varied design – from 30 m² studios to 132 m² penthouses.
Lilleby is a new district under development in Trondheim. The area covers over 100,000 m², of which 38,000 m² is set aside for parkland. When complete, it will hold 1,100 new apartments and terraced houses.
